十六、签单

　　货运单在盖好海关放行章后还需要到航空公司签单，只有签单确认后才允许将单、货交给航空公司。 　　

十七、交接发运

　　交接是向航空公司交单交货，由航空公司安排航空运输。 　　交单就是将随机单据和应有承运人留存的单据交给航空公司。随机单据包括第二联航空运单正本、发票、装箱单、产地证明、品质鉴定证书。
　　交货即把与单据相符的货物交给航空公司。交货前必须粘贴或拴挂货物标签，清点和核对货物，填制货物交接清单。大宗货、集中托运货，以整板、整箱称重交接。零散小货按票称重，计年交接。
